Hi, my name is Vlad and I'm new to the forums

First of all, I can't start without noting the fact that I (as most of you) grew up on this game (PC version only though) and it was one of the most memorable PC games ever played in Israel (I'm from Israel), and people still play it here from time to time

But actually, I'm here to support the PC version most as possible. You see, I'm very respecting the original version of Apple II (and also tried this myself after reading Mr. Romero's
the Saga of Dangerous Dave) but I was disappointing with the fact that there was no downloadable PC version of Dangerous Dave out there :/ I tried to search the site and there was nothing either, nor in the forums too.
Also, I know there is a lot of sites offering it for free download and a such, but isn't it would be more fair to get the downlodable PC version from the source? Like here in Mr. Romero's site? And I'm sure I could handle an legal purchase, but I couldn't find it in
Softdisk's Online Store (are they ever offered it for purchase there anyway?).
And BTW, in
this issue of PC Games magazine, along with the
ad, they included the floppy disks as well? or it was just the ad and only? I'm very curious how the floppy disk looks like or even more curious who still holds it today if there IS any...

Isn't the PC version deserves its own saga?

I really wish to see more of this.
I hope this forum is still alive BTW!
