Hi guys,
hopefully someone can help me out:

I am looking for the old BLUE and YELLOW "id" Logo from the old Wolfenstein 3D days.

It should be this exact vintage one, because I like it best.
Here you can see which one I mean:



Does someone here for example still have the old Wolfenstein 3D gamebox, and could send me a (high-res) scan of the logo?

Please let me know, thanks

I have already thought of that as well, but it would require that very same font in order to look 100% correct. :-/

After some googlin' I found this nice scan of the poster, which was included with the "The Ultimate DooM" game:

I will just copy / paste the "id" logo from there.

You can use GIMP and Inkscape to clean and trace the logo to make a SVG from it which you can scale to whatever size you want. Here is a quick try i did by cutting the logo from the image you gave, blurring and posterizing it to get the shape only, saving and importing it to Inkscape, tracing the bitmap to shapes, applying the original colors (from the image) and saving it to a SVG file.

Apologies for bumping age old thread, but here goes.

I found this in my archives. I don't know if it's official or not, and it lacks the "SOFTWARE" in Ms Sans Serif down the bottom.

Its probably almost impossible to remake the logo if its so small unless you have a great scanner which can scan a box art for you which will be hard to do since the scanner cant scan a box art.

yOU COULD mak eyour own.. specially since using id softtware logo is probably illegal.
