According to Wikipedia, Chrono Trigger was never realeased in Europe! :o Nuts!!

Right, it was never released as a SNES Version in Europe but later for PS in the Final Fantasy Chronicles Compilation as PAL Version (not localized, that means they used the US scripts and giant black bars at the top and bottom of the screen).
I remember spending 120$ in 1995 for the game package and modifiing my SNES just  to be able to play the imported original game ... and I still do. Chrono Trigger is still one of my favorite games and I never regretted having spend so much money to get it  :D

I remember that Chrono Trigger for the PSX was hard to find for a few years (around here.) I could only find it at one store in St. Louis and it was, like, $70. I didn't buy it and the next year they re-released the game as a greatest hits title for $20, or something.

I have the original version, the ROM (yeah, everyone downloads these, so I don't care to say that I did), the PSX version, Chrono Cross, and that Radical Dreamers ROM that I still haven't gotten around to playing.

I used to be nuts for anything made by Squaresoft. I still have the original Final Fantasy 7 t-shirt, never worn, hanging in my closet. I got it when I preordered the game way back in the good old days.

What?  Very easy to find here (Wal-Mart) and for $40.  I didn't know it's Greatest Hits now but you're probably right by now.. but I think it was normal for more than a year for sure..

we are talking about Final Fantasy Chronicles right?

You can't get the ROM anywhere here. One of the rules on these boards is to never talk about getting or sending ROMs or anything dealing with it. So if I were you, I'd go somewhere else :D

"Chill"? I wasn't being anywhere close to harsh. But I still suggest that you register and post some more :)

Guest, it used to be here but the file is no longer uploaded there: http://rome.ro/phpubb/viewtopic.php?t=4310

So apparently it's not actually against the rules to have a link to it (or no one seems to care either way).  So if someone wants to re-post a download link (working) on that topic, you probably can..
