So...with the idea of doing the Smartphone Dave (which would obviously be on the Pocket PC as well)....i got to thinking....

Maybe i should do a new Dave game instead of just porting the old one.

What do you all think?

I'm all for a new Dave game for the PocketPC and Smartphone! Maybe there could be a "New Dave" and a "Classic Dave"... If you need some testing done, I have two generations of iPAQ's and two different "Windows Mobile Powered Smartphone" devices. And I will be getting another device or two once Windows Mobile 2005 hits!

Yes, make both.

And in the new Dave, make a level editor. Seriosuly.

The ability to make levels and send to friends via SMS would be superb!

Exactly. Romero, we just gave you a really cool idea.

Now pay us.

But seriously, you should do that. Or at least make a new Dave and have different episodes, the first being the original levels :)

Why not a Dangerous Dave for the GBA?

(I guess I'm just being selfish because I'm not the kind of person that has a  palm pc or even a cell phone and even if I had a cell phone why would I want to play games on it?,.. especially with the GBA and PSP around.)

But as long as he has a shotgun like in the haunted mansion episode,.. BRING ON THE D DAVE!!!

New Dave, for sure.  8)

A cool, actiony one, like Dangerous Dave in the Haunted Mansion.

Just don't forget to make a PC version.  :D

A PC version would reach many more people (including me) so I'd go with the new PC game.
